Additionally, lifestyle and nutrition can help improve the effectiveness of counseling and medication. This presentation will focus on simple lifestyle and nutrition tips for improving mental health for anyone.

Presenter:  Annalee Wilson is a practicing family nurse practitioner who has a keen interest in how lifestyle and nutrition impact health, including mental health. She is board certified by the American Board of Lifestyle Medicine, a certification body for medical professionals.
